Day 4 Without Smoking

It is now the 4th day without cigarettes and again it feels like I can do this easily.  I have a small craving this morning but nothing I can’t control.  For my wife this is a big day since she officially swore them off last night this is day one for her.  I am going fishing here in a little bit so I won’t be here for moral support so I am putting together a note of encouragement that she will see when she wakes up.  She has smoked longer than I have and doesn’t seem to have the same ability I do to just walk away.  I promised her I would do whatever I needed to do to make this work.  I told her that I would be back to take her to a special lunch on the water in Longboat Key to mark this awesome day.

We will not smoke…
